Red. The color red has always been my favorite color since I was eight years old. Every time I see the color red, it takes me back to when I was a young, little one. I still remember till this day exactly everything. It was my eight birthday, and I had just finish opening all my birthday presents; from underwear too some pretty unique hot wheels. I’m not going to lie, I appreciated everything my family had given me but still did not get what I had asked for, a Huffy bike.
As I was about to dive into another piece of “tres leches” cake, my mom had asked me to go outside and check the mail. Not knowing that mail arrives also at night time, I went outside to check the mail. As I pulled the door open to go back inside, their she was, my baby .It was a red Huffy with a pair of training wheels. Honestly, I cried because it was my first bike and the red made me fall more in love with my little bike.
Ever since, red has always been my favorite color, and every time I see red I get that little flash back of when I was a little boy again with his huffy bike.
